Dr. Glover’s areas of expertise in consulting are centered on creating safe, human focused, validating and inclusive environments. Research suggests when organizations center the needs of marginalized employees and value the impact of diversity this leads to increased efficiency, productivity, creative innovation, trustworthiness, improved social capital, caring work cultures and successful outcomes.
However, sometimes the experiences of minority employees are incongruent to the DEI mission statements of companies and graduate programs. And individual are left healing from work place trauma, isolation, burnout, and psychological distress. This is where work and graduate school focused therapy comes in. Dr. Glover utilizes her skills as a psychologist and incorporates systems theories into her therapeutic work. Dr. Glover provides one-on-one consultation and therapy to help individuals navigate and heal from harmful academic settings, and workplace environments.
